Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for accurate account information, payment information, creator codes, uploads, and submitted links.

Admin Review

Shortstop may review uploads, submissions, codes, referrals, contest entries, and platform activity before approval.

Privacy Policy

Information Collected

Shortstop may collect name, email, phone/WhatsApp, country, city, social links, creator category, videos, payment status, and referral source.

Use Of Information

Information is used for account setup, creator review, contest processing, FanPass review, subscriber support, and administration.

Admin Access

Submitted information is available to Shortstop administration for review, support, tracking, and platform operations.

Return Policy

Digital Purchases

All digital purchases are final.

Digital Items

Subscriptions, contest entries, FanPass purchases, and platform credits are digital purchases.

Merch

Merch return terms may be handled separately.

Creator Terms

Original Content

Creators must submit content they own or have permission to submit for review, promotion, display, or contest consideration.

Review Rights

Shortstop may accept, reject, remove, or request corrections to creator submissions before public placement.

Codes

Creator or sales rep code use must be tracked by subscriber email, tier selected, payment status, and referral source.

FanPass Terms

FanPass Access

FanPass is for premium creator videos, fan-only posts, exclusive drops, supporter access, and direct creator monetization.

Creator Share

FanPass creators may keep up to 80%, with a Shortstop platform fee of 20%–25% depending on setup and processing.

SSV Use

SSV may be used for up to 10% off eligible FanPass purchases where supported.

SSV Utility Terms
